3 Delicious No-Sugar Added Dressings

If you’re trying to add more greens to your diet, you’re not alone! 50% of Americans have resolved to eat healthier in 2023. Greens not only contain lots of vitamins and minerals like fiber, iron and potassium, but they can also help reduce the risk of heart disease and lower high blood pressure. But sometimes, it's hard to make this leafy vegetable delicious without unnecessary added sugars. That’s why we’ve developed three no-sugar added dressings that will keep your greens just as nutritious as they are delicious!

Orange Vinaigrette

This dressing is a take on A Pinch of Yum’s Bacon and Brussel Sprout Salad. The orange zest adds a bite to the transformed vinaigrette, with the only sugar coming from the juice of an orange!

Ingredients

1 orange (zest and juice)

1 shallot or ¼ red onion, minced

2 tablespoons champagne vinegar

⅛ teaspoon (12 drops) llinea™ monk fruit

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Combine all ingredients except for the olive oil and seasoning. Once mixed, add olive oil in a steady stream until emulsified. Season to taste.

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Who doesn’t love a balsamic vinaigrette! This recipe pairs particularly well with a spinach and berry salad, a chicken and bleu cheese chopped, or even drizzled on a power bowl. Just a little bit of llinea™ monk fruit replaces honey, giving this dressing the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

Ingredients

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

⅛ teaspoon (12 drops) llinea™ monk fruit

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Combine all ingredients except for the olive oil and seasoning. Once mixed, add olive oil in a steady stream until emulsified. Season to taste.

Garlicky Citrus Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

2 tablespoons champagne vinegar

⅛ teaspoon (12 drops) llinea™ monk fruit

1 garlic clove, sliced

½ shallot or ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Combine lime juice, mustard, vinegar, llinea™ monk fruit, garlic and shallot/onion. Let sit for 20 minutes. Remove garlic and shallot/onion- reserving the shallot/onion for salad, if you would like. Add olive oil in a steady stream until emulsified. Season to taste.
