SIMPLE OATS & FRUIT

llinea monk fruit simple oats and fruit

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup uncooked oats

1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy, coconut, soy, almond)

fresh fruit or unsweetened dried fruit of choice

10-12 drops of llinea™ monk fruit

STEPS

  1. Add ½ cup of oats and ½ cup of milk to bowl

  2. Microwave 60 seconds

  3. Stir in 10-12 drops of llinea™ monk fruit; adds a touch of sweetness and enhances flavor of fruit

  4. Stir in desired amount of fruit (a handful of blueberries is amazing)

  5. Let sit 30 seconds to allow fruit to absorb some of the heat

  6. Savor the flavor and start the day with a quick, filling, healthy meal
