shipping policy

Orders received are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.  You will receive a second email notification when your order ships that will also include a shipment tracking number.  A final email will be sent when delivery is made.  We are currently not experiencing order processing delays.

Postal service transit times vary depending on distance, but typically require 1-4 days (orders ship from Michigan).  Postal service delays can occur during peak holiday periods.

If you receive an email that confirms delivery, but your package was not delivered (this can occur if, for example, the postal carrier accidentally places the package in the wrong mailbox), please email us your order number and we will contact your local post office.  In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  Contact email:  at administration@monkfruit.us.
