llinea™ Vodka Soda
Our take on a vodka soda is the perfect cocktail to pair with a holiday appetizer spread. Just follow these simple steps:
1) Muddle one lime or lemon wedge with 4-6 drops of llinea™ monk fruit in a lowball glass
2) Fill cup to the top with ice
3) Add 1.5oz of vodka (or gin) and top with soda water
4) Garnish with a rosemary sprig and you’re set!
Sparkling Wine Cocktail
Do you love a sweet sparkling wine or champagne cocktail? It’s as easy as 1-2-3.
1) Fill a glass with Prosecco or Champagne Brut
2) Add 1 tablespoon of pure cranberry juice
3) Add 4-8 drops of llinea™ monk fruit to sweeten to your taste without adding sugar or calories!
Voila! You have a sweet, festive champagne cocktail for less than 3g sugar!
Keto Eggnog (Recipe)
That’s right, keto eggnog! We teamed up with Stem + Spoon to develop a no-sugar-added eggnog recipe that will impress the entire crowd! You can find the full recipe here.
Hot Toddy
Nothing warms your body (and soul) like our no-sugar added hot toddy. Just follow these simple steps:
1) Brew tea according to instructions
2) Add the juice of 1/4 slice lemon
3) Stir in 2T whiskey or brandy and 6 drops of llinea™ monk fruit
4) Cozy up in front of a fire and enjoy!
Glogg (Recipe)
While dry wines are relatively low-carb, glogg (or mulled wine) is often packed with sugars! We’ve found an amazing recipe that you can use as a guide for your very own low-carb version. Simply follow this recipe as written, replacing the sugar with 1.5t llinea™ and you’ll be set with a glogg sans the extra sugars.
Mocktails are Just as Merry!
Looking for a non-alcoholic drink option without carbs? While we have awesome recipes like keto hot chocolate, sometimes or all the time, a non-alcoholic drink with a similar taste complexity to alcoholic spirits is a refreshing alternative. Several companies, including Spiritless, Lyre, and Monday, have developed non-alcoholic versions of gin, vodka and whiskey; some are low or zero carb.
Monday Zero Alcohol Whiskey is zero carbohydrate and zero sugar and made from natural ingredients, including monk fruit extract.
Neat or over ice, our favorite trick is to smooth the “whiskey bite” with six to eight drops of llinea. You can use a zero alcohol brand in any of our recipes or try this simple citrus drink: mix 2 ounces of Monday Zero Alcohol Whiskey, one tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice and 6-8 drops of llinea. Serve over an ice-filled lowball glass and enjoy!
